When it first arises in you that you want a house, you want a trip, a wedding, anything. In short, you have dreams that you need money for. What does one do then? Think about your options. Have you thought about it yet?
What are the options for man today if he wants to break out? There are cases when you learn so much that you manage to get a very marketable degree, you have a very good profession, or you just have to have a lot of experience to find a job that pays well in Hungary today. But still what is "okay"? Nowadays, a good salary in Hungary means 3-4-5 gross, possibly HUF 600,000. Obviously you give 33.5% of this to the state. In a good case, after paying your overhead and other expenses, you can set aside up to HUF 100-300 thousand per month. This is a very good case and absolutely not the average. The average can set aside less money: 20-30, possibly 40-50 thousand HUF per month.
Let's look at some math. Suppose you are on average because you don't have a very marketable degree, you don't have a profession and no other skills, you're a simple working person, but you're still excellent in your field, even though no one pays you for it because it's your job, so you get paid .
If you are earning HUF 230,000 per month, let's say you can make HUF 50,000. (don't go into things like that now with someone who is in a sublet, etc., let's really look at a simple example!) Suppose you want a family house and now let's assume that you don't have a couple, but you have a couple, for example.
In the case of HUF 50,000 per month, the two set aside HUF 100,000. We can also assume, for the sake of simplicity, that there will be no unexpected release. (Sure, it's almost impossible, but let's look at it this way now). If the price of an average family house in the countryside is HUF 30,000,000, renovated, including equipment, then 30,000,000 / 100,000 = 300, ie 300 months, ie 25 years.
You would have to save 25 years to buy such a house.
The other option is credit. The repayment installment of an average plain market home loan for 20 years is 145,000 HUF, if we consider that you do not want your repayment to change constantly, so I calculated a 10-year interest period, which means that your repayment can change once in 20 years (in year 10) . This is a HUF 24,000,000 home loan and HUF 6,000,000 deductible, which you must also collect from the 100,000 per month. But if you realistically think about it, if you can put aside 100,000 a month, how can you afford a 140,000 installment?
Let's face it, it's a pretty big risk. Being an economist, and also working in the banking sector, I say that it is only realistic to take out such a loan of this length and amount if you are on more feet. And that's at least 3-4 feet. What does this mean?
Your options:
Starting a business: Usually you need a lot of money (eg the foundation amount of a Ltd. is HUF 3,000,000 and this is just the foundation ...) it is a big risk and you have all the responsibility.
You can be a self-employed person: There is currently a favorable form of taxation for this (KATA), which is 50,000 HUF per month, but you don't know what the draft is yet, because the government is constantly changing, and if you build on an activity, it's uncertain.
Lottery: Did I take this seriously now? Yes! If there is more madness than basing our lives on the fact that after a small amount of payments there will be something, well this is a mistake ... Of course I sometimes give one up, but let's not overdo it and admit it would be madness to wait for the result.
Investments: Well, that's how we got here. You can invest money in different products, but in which one? Government securities? Should I list? Real estate? This is again a topic that really understands who is doing it. Maybe hire an investment advisor, broker. However, I have to disappoint on this basis, because free financial advice does not exist. The advisor will recommend what you get the most commissions for. You can go for a paid consultation where you really get a professional quick start, but that doesn't make you an investor yet. Plus, it's a long-term story, it won't make you a house soon. You're still just young, you want a house now, you don't have decades to wait until one of your investments generates a return that you can take out.
Web store or online marketing: You can create a web store, today there are a lot of even free applications, there is a website where you can create an online store. What's the pitfall? You have to get the products, which often requires a larger room or warehouse to maintain, or you just accumulate the products in your home, which may not even run out. And online marketing works from so-called sales funnels. You can create your own brand (brand building), but even your own funnels (e.g. sign-up sites, gift study, etc.). Let's face it, it works if you have the knowledge, your capital.
You can be some kind of salesman: Admit it, the sales profession is not the most accepted these days. I am that. I provided loans to bank customers. I always suggested what was best for the client. That is why I have never been successful. There was a period when it went well, there were times when it was less and there were times when I couldn't pay my monthly tax either. If you like people a little, you want to help them, you will never be complete in this profession. They were earning a 7-figure sum who could offer happy-unhappy and even if they went for a coffee, they still hunted for customers. It's not me, and it took me 4 years to figure it out. I want to be more than that. Plus, it's such a stressful profession that my nerves are completely finished in 4 years. Each month restarted and X points always had to be reached. Of course, for some reason, I always missed out on half the points and so I dropped out of the bonuses.
You can be a networker: Nowadays, a lot of people want to build a network, because they don't need any special expertise other than to understand computers and the Internet. Well, that's a big mistake! In networking, those with outstanding leadership skills can be successful. Who understand both sales and marketing. You need to know the difference between the two. However, you need to find a system with an MLM structure that you can identify with. I never loved MLM. I've always come across the "clogging agent" type. He wanted to sell me something at all costs, but he didn't even ask if I needed it. Look for a company where they sell or offer by finding the need first! This is very important because you want to sell the tile adhesive in vain to a group of 20 people who have a bricklayer and 19 hairdressers. Apparently only the bricklayer will buy it, possibly 1 hairdresser who needs exactly what her husband needs. So you sold 2 bags of tile adhesive. But if YOU are specifically looking for people who only have bricklayers, you are selling a lot more tile adhesive in proportion. However, you cannot achieve this with direct sales.
What is direct sales? The fact that you are finding people you like, either from a circle of acquaintances or by a cold call and trying to sell to them. Does not make sense.
What should you do instead? Marketing has already been proven to be much more effective than direct sales because you can find people in a more targeted way. You post ads, you create online platforms, so those who are relevant to your topic will sign up for you on their own and there's no question of clogging them, but you don't even have to mention them because the ad has already sold the product.
Well that's it, there are definitely a lot of options, but now all of a sudden I was able to list them. So what is it to stand on more feet? Have an employee status that you can always count on in any situation, have at least 2 more things to do and generate money for you.

It may be so, but don't expect many results with this, because you will be able to earn a maximum of a few tens of thousands of HUF. The focus should be on working online.
How can you work online? It's okay to be online, but what do we mean by that? When working online, think about the following activities: Posting ads, managing your own facebook page, managing your facebook group, inviting people to your group, your site, I can tell you different practices for this, you won't be clogged or too direct! Don't imagine writing on random people to join your group! Such techniques are now obsolete and very little successful. There are much more novel techniques for this that I will teach you. You can create sales funnels, write a blog, edit an image to make it all as professional as possible! You can create your own brand with Life Care products and webshop! In Hungarian, you can have your own web store in a way that you didn't have to spend on creating and you didn't have to invent, test, authorize and manufacture the products! You didn't have to ask a specialist to create an online store, but you get your own well-established online store in your hands for free.

What if everything is super, but no one needs these products? Then how do I sell? Now, it is well known that most people have some problem. Let it just be a simpler one, e.g. dry, pale hair, but can be even more serious, e.g., digestive problems. It is very important not to play a self-appointed doctor! If the problem is severe or you do not know what it is causing, be sure to recommend a doctor! But there are cases where the problem has already been diagnosed, e.g. depression, but nothing helps and we see that our acquaintance, or who has just found our side, tells us that he is taking anxiety relievers but still doesn't use it. We can look at what substances the tablet contains, what it is taking and what side effects it has. If it is severe and does not improve, we can recommend to her one of the plant-based supplements that relieves depression, anxiety to try and share her opinion after 1-2 months of use. Of course, be careful with all of this, because not everyone believes in these things, though they should.
